Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with influencers in India, focusing on creating a comprehensive database of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new influencers to facilitate collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with influencers on behalf of the organization.
  • Prepare campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality expectations are met from both influencers and internal teams.
  • Build a database of top influencers across various categories in India.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns strategically.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Digital-first mindset with expertise in internet and digital technologies.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an agency environment.
  • Ability to analyze trends and decode data-driven insights.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Passion for building successful collaborations with influencers.
