AV/ADAS Test Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AV/ADAS Test Engineer to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate Perception, Planning, and Control Algorithms: In simulated and real-world environments, validate perception, planning, and control algorithms to ensure seamless operation of our AV and ADAS systems.
  • Create and Execute Test Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AV and ADAS functions to guarantee their effectiveness and safety.
  • Analyze Test Data: Carefully analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
  • Document Test Results and Raise Bugs: Thoroughly document test results and efficiently raise bugs using our project management tools.
  • Work with Sensor Technologies: Collaborate with sensor technologies such as RADAR, LIDAR, and Cameras to enhance system capabilities.
  • Apply Automotive Standards: Apply knowledge of automotive standards like ISO 26262 and ASPICE to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Develop Simulations: Develop simulations for closed-loop testing involving perception, localization, and planning modules to improve system accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in software development or testing is required.
  • C Programming Language: A good understanding of C programming language is essential.
  • Python Familiarity: Familiarity with Python is a plus.
