Project Development Specialist

Social infrastructure projects require strategic planning and execution. As a Project Manager, you will lead the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for schools, health centers, water supply, sanitation, community assets, and other social infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating feasibility studies, technical designs, and cost estimates to ensure DPRs meet government guidelines, codes, and donor-funded agency standards
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers, social experts, environmental specialists, and economists to achieve project objectives
  • Liaising with stakeholders on technical and managerial aspects to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in social infrastructure projects
  • Graduation in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Post-graduate in Urban Planning or Water Resources
  • Strong leadership, planning, and quality assurance skills to drive project success
  • Familiarity with government and donor-funded project frameworks
