Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Professional to join our team and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering business value by applying advanced process analysis skills, knowledge of D365 F&O capabilities, and understanding of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex client problems related to financial processes and systems.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of financial processes and best practices to advise and guide clients during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration, Testing, UAT, User training, and delivery.
  • Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project teams.
  • Closely collaborate with developer/technical team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Be prepared for on-site travelling as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Microsoft D365 F&O implementation, demonstrating ability to enhance and implement D365 F&O for clients based on their business requirements across the full cycle of implementation.
  • Extensive functional knowledge in core Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Banking, Intercompany Accounting, Consolidation, Budgeting, Bank reconciliation, Expense Management, Management reporting, and Treasury.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
