Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned telecom solutions architect with expertise in AI and GenAI technologies. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to telecom clients, helping them navigate the transformative potential of AI and GenAI to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design AI-driven solutions that address these pain points.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends and bring deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to tailor AI solutions that meet client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry.
  • Deep expertise in AI technologies and their application in the telecom sector.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
