Job Description:

The Operations Executive - Project Management Office plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. This individual will collaborate with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and work on project execution-related operational matters, including invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises, timesheet management, and workflow management.

Additionally, this role involves coordinating with Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees. The Operations Executive will also maintain accurate dashboards and track key metrics, leading semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publishing meeting minutes and status reports.

This position requires strong communication and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 1-3 years of experience in PMO and a proven track record of working with IT services companies.
