Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions.

  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements define solutions and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems ensuring their reliability and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA e.g UiPath Automation Anywhere and cloud platforms e.g AWS Azure.
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python SQL AWS Lambda AWS S3 Nice to have Java basic level.
  • Product management & scoping: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
