We are seeking a Client Success Associate to contribute to the creation of digital experiences for key brands. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an agency setting. They will be a polymath with high emotional intelligence, strong project management skills, and a creative mindset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels. They will collaborate with designers and writers to create engaging content that meets brand philosophy and objectives. Additionally, they will understand stakeholders' needs and create effective communication plans, providing strategic inputs to design and content teams based on client feedback.

About the Role:
