Job Opportunity

The role of a Senior Manager is to oversee and direct the operations of an engineering team. This includes leading, managing, and mentoring a group of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the engineering team.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving performance management, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions on various technical and business topics.
  • Work closely with HR to manage talent development and provide guidance on resource planning.
  • Ensure smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.

Requirements
  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
