What We're Seeking

We're looking for an exceptionally skilled Lead/Principal-Level AI engineer to help pioneer the future of finance and accounting. You must have experience building high-quality, complex LLM apps and agents, using the latest code generation techniques. Strong collaboration with customers is required to build tailored solutions.

As a Lead AI Engineer, you will:

  • Design and build the core AI platform powering finance and accounting solutions.
  • Develop and productionize large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
  • Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers, guiding technical design reviews and code quality.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Customer teams to translate finance use cases into robust solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of backend service development in Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Deep expertise with LLMs.
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience building agents and tooling.
  • Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases.
