Senior Integration Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior Integration Specialist to join our Managed Services team. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and accessing rapid career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Experience in Oracle SOA is required.
  2. Experience in OIC implementation projects is highly desirable.
  3. Handling multiple support accounts is preferred.
  4. Review design, functional, technical, and/or user documentation, as needed.
  5. Collaboration with end-system counterparts and other team members to ensure smooth and successful testing.
  6. Preparation of documentation, including artifacts like MD70, MD120, knowledge repositories, issue fixes, as needed.
  7. Provide inputs and recommendations for best practices.
  8. Ability to work independently or with a group.
  9. Leading projects, as needed.
  10. Involved in Practice building, implementations, and support functions of Oracle SOA (Oracle BPEL, Oracle OSB) and Oracle Integration Cloud activities.
  11. Service Management:
  12. Monitoring and managing integration support functions to ensure optimal service.
  13. Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities.
  14. Establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident activities.
  15. Service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future third-party and internal processes.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and RESTful services.
  • Experience and understanding of web services and XML technologies like XML, XSLT, SOAP, JSON, Java, SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Understanding of XML schemas and transformations like XSD / XPATH / XQUERY.
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Basic knowledge on Oracle Infrastructure Cloud.
  • Monitoring Oracle OIC Instances.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workloads, as required.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge with programming languages like JavaScript, PLSQL.
  • Knowledge of JIRA.
  • Managing servers/platform maintenance.
  • Oracle implementation certifications.
