Strategic Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Manager/AVP Asset Liability Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on liquidity and interest rate risk for the bank.
- Prepare, review, and validate regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory limits.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to present key information to management.
- Work on IT projects related to risk monitoring and management systems.
- Provide input on enhancing current solutions through testing or developing new ones.
- Stay up-to-date with market and regulatory developments in asset liability management and balance sheet management.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with treasury, risk, IT, finance, and business functions.
