Job Title: Senior ETL Modernization SpecialistEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearJob DescriptionMigrate Existing Workflows

As a key member of our team, you will analyze and optimize current Ab Initio workflows and ETL processes. This involves identifying dependencies, data flows, and performance metrics to design strategies for migration to the new ETL platform.

  • Data Integrity: Ensure seamless data migration by maintaining accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient ETL processes on the new platform.
Re-engineering Data Pipelines

You will re-design data pipelines to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability during and after migration. This includes developing automated testing frameworks and scripts to validate data migration and confirm successful transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess current Ab Initio workflows and ETL processes.
  • Design and implement strategies for migrating existing workflows to the new ETL platform.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ETL processes.
  • Re-engineer data pipelines to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts to validate data migration.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with other ETL and data integration tools, especially cloud-based or open-source alternatives.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in the context of ETL pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
