Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an Infrastructure Project Manager in Kolkata.
  • Candidates with experience in RMC, Concrete, Admixtures and Construction Chemicals are highly preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products in government organisations, project management consultants, and design architects.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders including government organisations, project management consultants, and design architects.
  • To create project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects for specification empanelment of products.
  • Identifying new business opportunities by segmenting construction, identifying product gaps, and leveraging new influencers for product penetration.
  • Promotion and inclusion of blended cement in key projects.
  • Create opportunities for high-contribution products in key projects.
  • Providing solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs.
  • Conducting mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects.
  • Obtaining product approvals at major project sites through on-site and third-party lab trials.
  • Resolving customer complaints and optimising concrete trials to improve customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Working Style:

  • A friendly and approachable communication style is essential.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:

  • The selected candidate will be based in Kolkata.
