TMS Integration Specialist

As a TMS Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in integrating and configuring Transport Management Software. You will collaborate with the team to connect systems via APIs, set up carriers and warehouse locations, and implement shipping policies with the right logistics rules.

  • API Integration: Assist in building and maintaining integrations between the TMS and other platforms, ensuring data flows reliably.
  • Carrier Configuration: Set up carrier accounts, service levels, and related options so rates/labels/shipments behave as intended.
  • Warehouse & Locations: Configure warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.
  • Shipping Policies: Implement business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
  • Logistics Frameworks: Apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with a TMS (e.g., ShipHawk or an equivalent).
  • Practical experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Real-world configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
  • Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
