Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity professional to join our team. As a core member of the team, you will be working closely with industry experts to deliver top-notch services for complex fund structures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate books and records, and calculate Net Asset Values for funds to ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
  • Coordinate and review Financial Statements and associated reports, including performance metrics and quarterly reporting to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Review calculations of carried interests, performance, and incentive fees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and review investor allocations for capital calls and distributions to optimize returns for investors.
  • Manage partner capital account statements and coordinate payments and other transactions to ensure seamless client service.
  • Supervise production analysts, review their work, and ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, meeting client expectations by monitoring timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
  • Address escalations promptly and serve as the first point of contact for internal queries.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting for financial services sectors, particularly Private Equity.
  • Proven experience in reviewing financial statements and providing expert analysis.
  • User experience with enterprise accounting systems is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Investran is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, with experience using formulas, tables, formatting, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables, and pivot reporting to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Independent handling of client calls and monthly and weekly reviews to ensure excellent client service.
  • Supervisory skills with 4-5 years of experience in managing and leading staff to achieve business objectives.
  • B.com or CA (Inter/Final) are desired educational qualifications for this role.
