Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

 

Job Description:

The Site Reliability Engineer role involves working closely with the demand management team to understand the demand pipeline and configure Enterprise IT solutions and/or platforms according to requirements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical design and specification of Enterprise IT solutions and/or platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
  • Leveraging expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP monitoring tools.
  • Accountable for technical governance of configuration changes to Enterprise IT solutions and/or platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, SAP standards, and cloud best practices.
  • Create fit-for-purpose and fit-for-use technical designs based on demands and requirements, taking both functional and non-functional aspects into consideration.
  • Ensure designs are in alignment with applicable KONE quality and compliance standards.
  • Align own solution and/or platform with KONE data models and standards, documenting data objects and models of SAP systems at the technical level.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and business demand to recommend technical improvements.
  • Provide technical input for estimation of implementation and change effort in Greenfield and Brownfield transformation projects.

  • Participate in operational excellence initiatives such as automation of SAP Basis tasks, proactive monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Support license compliance, cost optimization, and efficient resource utilization across SAP landscapes.
