Job Title: General Manager

A leading medical affairs organization seeks a seasoned professional to drive its strategy forward.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, clinical development processes, and the therapeutic landscape relevant to our products.

This role encompasses:

  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Developing comprehensive product materials, including manuals, monographs, and training slides, to enhance understanding and communication of product benefits.
  • Evaluating new product ideas and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to inform company positioning and development efforts.
  • Conducting medical training sessions for field staff to ensure they are well-informed about products and therapeutic areas.
  • Maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant organizations to enhance scientific communication and brand credibility.

The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in life sciences (MBBS, MD) or equivalent, minimum 15 years of experience in medical affairs or related fields, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
