Senior Audit Specialist

As a seasoned audit professional, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure the internal control environment is robust and compliant with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to establish strong relationships and communicate key findings in a clear and concise manner.

- Conducting comprehensive audits to identify risks and areas of non-compliance;
- Developing and implementing effective audit plans to address identified issues;
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
- Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes;
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to present key findings and recommendations;
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 7 years of experience in internal audit or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications;
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in IT audit or a related field is an asset. Additionally, certification in a relevant field, such as CMA or CA, is desirable.
