Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in both Tosca and Salesforce, with a strong focus on administrative skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations through effective test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca for Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective test cases.
  • Perform thorough testing and validation to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Utilize SOQL for querying Salesforce data to support testing activities.
  • Manage Salesforce security and sharing settings to ensure application compliance with organizational policies.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.
  • Use Data Loader and other tools for data manipulation and migration tasks.
  • Document test results, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve test processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 6-8 years of experience in Tosca Automation Testing, specifically on Salesforce projects.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Tosca certification are required.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administrative tasks such as SOQL, sharing and security settings, troubleshooting, and data management using Data Loader.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex test automation frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
