Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

The primary responsibility of this role will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge.
  • Change management certification (Prosci is preferred).
  • Consulting experience in change management is mandatory.
  • Supply chain/S4 Hana experience is an added advantage.
