Job Description

As a Murex Technical Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability and stability of our trading and risk management systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production incidents will be instrumental in maintaining a resilient environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and supporting Murex applications to guarantee uptime and performance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents within strict SLA timelines.
  • Performing log analysis, root-cause identification, and providing permanent fixes.
  • Coordinating with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
  • Supporting system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • Direct experience with Murex, preferably with at least 4 years of tenure.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, coupled with good communication and coordination abilities.
