Job Opportunity:

The role of Supply Analytics Manager (Automation) is open at our Domestic Hotels business.

This position will play a pivotal role in enabling supply growth by designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving the adoption of analytics tools across the business.

The successful candidate will lead high-impact reporting, accelerate supply-side performance, and uncover opportunities to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Leading the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Designing and managing dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automating manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leveraging tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborating with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.
  • Preparing impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
