Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical expert to join our team as a Senior Data Solutions Developer. As a Senior SAS Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative data solutions using advanced SAS technologies.

About the Role

This is a highly technical position that requires strong skills in software development, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of production management processes and controls in large organizations, with experience in Base SAS, Advanced SAS, Macros, and other related technologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical solutions using SAS Enterprise Guide and other tools.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of production management processes and controls in large organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a distributed, multi-technology ecosystem.
  • Experience with Base SAS, Advanced SAS, Macros, and other related technologies.
  • Strong scripting skills in Shell and ability to write and debug SAS SQL/Proc SQL code.
  • Hands-on experience with SAS/Access using Oracle and strong knowledge of Oracle Management, SQL scripts, and performance management.
