We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our projects to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • To act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering exceptional relationships and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks, develop corrective solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • To create detailed project schedules highlighting task interdependencies and monitor progress through regular inspections and remote monitoring with quality control.
  • To provide technical guidance and instructions to site supervisors, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to execute tasks efficiently.
  • To maintain open communication with customers regarding project progress, providing regular updates to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • To serve as a liaison between designers and customers during the project execution phase, facilitating effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • To analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, develop corrective solutions, and implement them promptly.
  • To uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every project meets or exceeds client expectations.
Requirements
  • A postgraduate degree in Management or Construction Management from a reputable institution is required.
  • At least six years of experience in project management, engineering, or architecture is essential.
  • A strong appreciation and understanding of home renovation site execution is crucial for this role.
  • The ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and predict potential execution risks is vital.
  • A process-driven approach with quick problem-solving skills is necessary for success in this position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Prioritization and ownership of tasks are essential qualities for this role.
  • A high level of comfort with Excel and Google Sheets, along with strong data analysis skills, is necessary for data-driven decision making.
