Job Title: Research Microbiologist

At Hinduja Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Research Microbiologist to join our Research Microbiology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing isolates and rectal swabs for identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of isolates and rectal swabs for ID and DST
  • Performing assays to determine the presence of enzymes that convey antimicrobial resistance
  • Preparing isolates for transfer to other labs
  • Entering results into an electronic form

Requirements:

  • BSC Microbiology degree
  • Plus DMLT preferred
  • Minimum 01 year of experience

Location: Mahim

Contract Type: Yearly Fixed Term Contract
