At Sparkling Mindz Global School, we reimagine learning to make it inspiring and empowering. As an English Language Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds by creating child-centric learning experiences.

The Role
  • We are seeking an exceptional educator who can plan engaging lessons, games, and activities that foster children's curiosity and love for language.
  • Our ideal candidate will facilitate immersive sessions with openness to children's ideas and feedback, ensuring every child feels valued and heard.
  • This role involves reflecting on best practices, documenting student progress, and co-learning from observations to enhance teaching methods.
  • Collaboration across disciplines is key to delivering connected, purpose-based learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.
  • You will maintain regular communication with parents as learning partners, keeping them informed about their child's growth and progress.
What We're Looking For
  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in any discipline (B.Ed optional but valuable if paired with mindset and skills).
  • 3-5 years of experience working with children or in creative/educational fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of language acquisition, comprehension, and expression.
  • An ability to guide students in reading deeply, writing purposefully, and speaking confidently, backed by a strong foundation in language & literature.
  • A command over grammar, structure, and vocabulary that is integrated, not isolated, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Experience in creating and implementing educational programs that promote language development and literacy.
