Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including client support. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and experience working with financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement accounting work and projects as assigned.
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Balance credit card ledgers and verify contracts for groups.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting and operational control environments.
  • Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Finance and Accounting or related major and 2 years experience in finance and accounting or related professional area.
