Job Title: Senior Power Platform Specialist

About the Role

This is a senior position that involves designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
  4. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed to ensure high-quality deliverables
  5. Lead by example and mentor junior developers to strengthen their skills
Add-On: Pune Lead Role

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Pune lead role involves managing project conflicts and challenges, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process, and improving DevOps processes.

Core Platform – Governance

The Core Platform – Governance role involves leading the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12-16 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft stack and Power platform development
  • Graduate from reputed institute
