Senior IT Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of end-to-end technology initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving successful project execution and ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of project management excellence by adhering to industry-standard methodologies and frameworks.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for third-party vendors/installers, highlighting the value proposition and key deliverables.
  • Lead all project phases from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and satisfactory results.
  • Define project scope, roles, tasks, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates and execution plans, incorporating lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Capture and validate business requirements accurately through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate daily coordination and ensure compliance with established standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, vendors, stakeholders, and senior leadership, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Monitor project status, manage risks/issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budget.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement by conducting lessons-learned sessions and documenting best practices.
