Key Role Summary: An experienced professional in network engineering is required to manage the stability and security of our global network infrastructure.

  • Ensuring network operations are executed with precision, using efficient coordination with ISPs and vendors to address link-related issues.
  • Proactive incident detection and response, following clear escalation procedures and communication channels to maintain network integrity.
  • Providing regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics for actionable insights into network optimization.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating private links for high-performance WAN connections between remote sites, implementing redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Managing SD-WAN solutions, enabling dynamic routing and optimized bandwidth distribution across regions.
  • Implementing mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss for an optimal user experience with global collaboration tools.

Branch Network WAN Management:

  • Managing WAN links connecting all branches, ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets nationwide.
  • Maintaining stable and secure network connections for branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Expert L2 network troubleshooting, capacity trend identification, patching, and configuration management.

LAN/Wi-Fi Administration:

  • Full lifecycle management of LAN, encompassing switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for seamless operation.
  • Managing the Wi-Fi network, ensuring comprehensive coverage, robust security, and optimal performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Providing secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with suitable bandwidth controls for enhanced network efficiency.

Audit Participation and Documentation Requirements:

  • Participating in customer audits as requested, providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Ensuring timely submission of audit materials, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with service scope.
  • Completing audit questionnaires and related documents thoroughly, adhering to customer requirements.
