Job Title: Tender Coordinator

A reputable organization seeks a skilled professional to manage the tendering process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant tenders on government portals and other e-procurement platforms.
  • Prepare and submit bids within deadlines, including technical and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents for tender submissions.
  • Manage tender documentation, including compliance with eligibility criteria and terms.
  • Upload product listings, manage catalogs and pricing on the GEM portal.
  • Monitor tender status, respond to queries, and attend pre-bid meetings as needed.
  • Track bid results, negotiate, and follow up for award of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted.
  • Provide updates on bid outcomes and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in handling the GEM portal and e-tendering procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of government procurement policies is preferred.
