As our new Content Creator, you will be responsible for bringing our story to life on Instagram and LinkedIn through engaging, creative, and impactful content.

You will:

  • Plan, create, and manage daily/weekly content for Instagram and LinkedIn aligned with brand goals.
  • Develop reels, posts, carousels, stories, infographics, and short videos to engage our target audience.
  • Write catchy captions, thought-leadership posts, and creative ad copies tailored to each platform.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing team to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence.
  • Track performance through analytics, prepare reports, and optimize content strategy based on insights.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, with Instagram and LinkedIn experience required.
  • Strong skills in short-form video (Reels), creative storytelling, and copywriting.
  • Knowledge of social media tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, InShot, CapCut, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, detail, and current social trends.
  • Ability to adapt content tone for professional (LinkedIn) vs. creative (Instagram) audiences.
