Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong commitment to meticulous quality standards.

  • This individual will be responsible for complete QA, as defined by the QA manager, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer expectations.
  • They should be comfortable reviewing content beyond English language proficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.

The successful candidate will develop solutions to identified deliverable problems and collaborate with operations and local quality functions to track, document, and report quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related domains.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with non-English languages.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
