Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We're on a mission to revolutionize the world of e-bikes, one innovation at a time.

As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in creating top-quality eBikes for the Indian market. Our goal is to make sustainable transportation accessible and affordable for everyone.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems for e-bikes, focusing on Automobile systems & EV related systems especially 2w.
  • Vehicle integration and Engineering Bill of Materials (BoM) management.
  • Proficiency in Design & drafting of parts with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for vehicle systems.
  • Benchmarking and coordination with suppliers for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as CMVR / Homologation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and experience with Solid Works.
  • Proficiency in PLM tools and CAE analysis software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
