About the Role

As a Creative Illustrator at Webvillee Technology pvt ltd, you will be responsible for developing inspiring artwork that attracts our target audience. We are looking for a highly artistic person with a passion for creative technologies. You should be able to draw, paint, and work on digital software in a variety of styles and mediums. Unlike artists, an Illustrator has set deadlines and must always communicate with the company and clients on the overall progress and development of the artistic image.

Requirements

• Proper understanding of anatomy, perspective, volume, depth, and posing.
• Fundamentals of character design.
• Basic understanding of abstract design and basic design principles.
• At least 2 years of experience in creating illustrations for explainer videos.
• Expertise in vector and raster illustrations, not just academic experience.
• Artistic abilities to adapt different styles of illustration.
• Cinematography skills (composition, lighting, etc.).

• Create high-quality character designs, props, and backgrounds using both digital and traditional mediums.
• Develop accurate perspectives for landscapes, interiors, and abstract compositions.

• Collaborate with the art and production teams to design layouts and backgrounds.
• Translate abstract storytelling concepts and character-based narratives into visual sequences.
• Implement strong narrative skills to depict emotional arcs and key moments effectively.
• Script interpretation and contextual understanding to produce visual representations that align with the director's vision.
• Research and development to enhance storyboards and gather information based on video objectives.

Desirable Skills

• Comfortable working in a team and leading a team at the same time.
• Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.
• Active in the animation community.
• Bachelor's Degree is a must.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be a plus.
