Financial Operations Specialist

The General Ledger team plays a pivotal role in the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support month-end and year-end book closing processes for entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Analyze Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss on a monthly basis to guarantee accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review Transfer Pricing arrangements, underlying transactions, and Intercompany transactions to facilitate timely settlements and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct SOX control reviews, approve checklists, and prepare notes for audit entities, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with statutory auditors to ensure compliance with Company House filing requirements and local laws, fostering a culture of cooperation and trust.
  • Optimize internal processes and controls to maintain regulatory compliance, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
