Job Title: SDE 2 AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled software development engineer with expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to join our team. As an SDE 2 AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models to automate human interviews exceptionally.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to work on cutting-edge AI technology and contribute to the development of our innovative platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and deliver AI solutions that delight customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models using Python programming languages and frameworks.
  • Implement pre-trained models and train custom models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Collaborate with AI experts, frontend and backend engineers to understand feature requirements and deliver AI solutions.
  • Assist in model optimization, evaluation, and performance testing, and fine-tune in an iterative manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning technologies, and tools, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science from a top-tier institution.
  • At least three years of total relevant experience, with two to three years of experience working on Python and in data science.
  • High-level hands-on experience with most latest TTS and STT models.
  • Proficiency in Python programming languages and frameworks, as well as proficiency in using LLMs for natural language processing or generative AI tasks.
  • Strong understanding of AI, generative AI patterns, such as RAG and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
