Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP landscape is paramount to delivering exceptional business outcomes.
  • Perform system administration, performance tuning, security, and troubleshooting tasks to maintain a stable and efficient IT environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration is required to excel in this role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP systems, including ECC, GRC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and HANA database, is essential for success.
  • Experience with SAP NetWeaver Gateway, SAP NW JAVA, SAP SLT, BOBJ, BODS, SAP Web-dispatcher, Load-Balancer for SAP applications, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization techniques is necessary to drive business value.
  • An in-depth understanding of SAP Products concepts and best practices is critical for making informed decisions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for achieving business objectives.
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform) is highly valued.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (24/7) and adapt to changing priorities is necessary.
  • Responsibilities include working on SAP-RISE migration, conversion & upgrade activities on hyperscalers, as well as SAP Patching, upgrades, installations, addons, Vulnerabilities, and SAP Note implementations.
  • Familiarity with Hyperscalers and SAP cloud terminologies is beneficial.
  • Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP cloud connector, and SAP CPI is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SAP Solution manager 7.2, including managed system configurations, EWA, CHARM, ITSM, CBTA, and CSOL, is necessary.
  • SAP HANA backups, SAP HANA administration, and Performance Optimization are key responsibilities.
  • Expertise in SAP SSO/SAML setup, configuration, and troubleshooting knowledge is essential.
  • Responsibilities also include SAP Transport Management, Client administration, Batch job, Print Spool administrations.
