Job Title: Software Development Visionary

As a Director of Product Development, you will lead the charge in shaping our revolutionary suite of products. Your expertise will guide the overall design and management of multiple engineering teams, driving innovation and excellence.

  • Design and manage delivery of multiple areas of the platform
  • Manage multiple engineering teams, including people leaders
  • Collaborate with project managers to execute projects on time and with quality
  • Work with technical product owners to define roadmaps
  • Build high-performance teams and provide guidance on day-to-day issues
  • Groom future leaders and shape future design and solutions

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory), preferably in Computer Science

Experience:

  • Proven track record in leading and managing multiple engineering teams
  • Demonstrates high ownership and passion for building scalable software products
  • Success in delivering highly technical products and solutions
  • Ability to create clear presentations and effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in micro-services architecture concepts
  • Progressed through senior roles in development/engineering
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like Java, C#, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, and relational/non-relational databases

  • Leadership at individual and management levels
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, conflict management, and teamwork skills
