Key Responsibilities

  • We design, develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions with a focus on AI Innovation and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Fine-tuning, prompt-engineering and optimizing LLMs for domain-specific tasks is an essential part of our work.
  • We leverage frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex to build modular AI applications.
  • The integration of LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores and enterprise systems requires strong technical skills.
  • We evaluate and implement model deployment strategies in various environments, including cloud, serverless and containerized.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers and software engineers, is crucial to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and proposing adoption of new technologies is vital.
  • We implement MLOps best practices for continuous training, deployment and monitoring of models in production.
  • We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in Python. Experience in Java, C#, or Node.js is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI and LLM-based development is required.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals including NLP, deep learning, embeddings and transformers is essential.
  • Experience with LLMs, such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude and LLaMA, is necessary.
  • A proven track record of delivering at least 2 production-grade LLM-based projects is required.
  • Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack and similar frameworks is desirable.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, such as Pinecone, Weaviate and Milvus, is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure and GCP, and AI services, such as Bedrock and VertexAI, is required.
  • Proficiency in containerization and deployment tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is necessary.
  • Experience with MLOps tools, such as MLflow and Kubeflow, for model lifecycle management is desired.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills are essential.
