About Our Brand Strategist Role:
We are looking for a talented Brand Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing online reputation for our clients.
- Create compelling copy for social media posts and manage online presence for assigned brands.
- Develop and present monthly/weekly reports to stakeholders on account activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Analyze client requirements/briefs and coordinate creative solutions from internal resources.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients, obtain approvals, and finalize approaches.
- Monitor competitor activity to define brand differentiation strategies.
- Analyze industry/category trends to inform marketing strategies/content.
- Identify relevant moments/topics for the brand.
- Provide timely feedback to internal teams and ensure revisions are made.
- Stay up-to-date on social media platforms and news outlets.
- Understand consumer behavior and deliver relevant content to drive brand success.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent client servicing skills.
- Basic presentation skills and understanding of copywriting principles.
- Intermediate Excel/Google Suite skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
