Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating course scheduling, curriculum development, and program evaluation in collaboration with faculty and department heads.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of enrollment, grades, transcripts, and academic progress while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

You will also be responsible for organizing academic events such as conferences, workshops, and seminars, handling logistics like venue booking, registrations, and audiovisual setup.

Additionally, you will assist faculty with administrative tasks, including processing teaching contracts, course materials, academic calendars, and meeting coordination.

You will oversee the allocation and use of classrooms, labs, and resources; coordinate facility maintenance to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Finally, you will implement and support academic technologies (LMS, online registration, databases), and train faculty/students for effective use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in academic program management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
