Senior Finance Associate Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate - Finance Operations to join our team.

The role involves handling acquirer reconciliation, settlement processes, and audit support, ensuring smooth financial operations within the payments domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong reconciliation knowledge, prior experience in the payments industry, and an analytical mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily acquirer reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Manage acquirer relationships and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Execute settlement reconciliation and processing across payment channels.
  • Support month-end closing activities including reporting and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and manage audit data requirements and handle audit queries effectively.
  • Create and maintain MIS reports for management review.
  • Identify discrepancies, analyze issues, and provide solutions to ensure process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the payments/fintech industry.
  • Strong expertise in reconciliation and settlement processes.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
  • Proficiency in MIS preparation and reporting.
  • Exposure to month-end closing and audits will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • Solid knowledge of reconciliation processes.
