Job Title: Interior Design Drafter

Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects using AutoCAD. They will collaborate with designers and architects to develop design concepts, ensure drawings are accurate and compliant with industry standards and regulations, revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team and clients, manage and organize drawing files and project plans, and assist in preparation of design presentations and project plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to develop design concepts
  • Ensure drawings are accurate and compliant with industry standards and regulations
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design team and clients
  • Manage and organize drawing files and project plans
  • Assist in preparation of design presentations and project plans


Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or a related field, minimum 3-5 years of experience in medium and large scale residential and hospitality projects, proven experience as an AutoCAD drafter or a similar role, strong knowledge of working with AutoCAD software and technical drawing standards, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing reproduction, good understanding of interior design principles and construction techniques, and ability to work collaboratively with a design team and meet project deadlines.
