Job Title: Apparel Designer

As a fashion design professional, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and ensuring they align with our brand's commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and validate current fashion trends by researching market data and analyzing consumer behavior.
  • Create color palettes for seasonal collections by selecting relevant shades from existing designs.
  • Collaborate with the team to stay informed about the latest styles and trends in the market.
  • Develop market benchmarking reports and share them with the team to inform design decisions.
  • Work with the purchasing team to select the best designs for our product range.
  • Visit suppliers to oversee sample development and ensure high-quality products.
  • Manage visual content creation for selected styles and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Review and provide feedback on prototypes and production samples.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
  • A degree from a recognized institution, preferably in fashion design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and other tools necessary for computer-aided designs (CADs) and illustrations.
