Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned backend developer to spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of server-side systems for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and engineer robust backend services using Python or Node.js, ensuring secure and scalable API delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for large-scale applications.
  3. Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases, leveraging ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or TypeORM.
  4. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth2, and SSO.
  5. Optimize backend performance through caching, query tuning, and asynchronous processing.
  6. Build modular, reusable, and testable codebases, prioritizing code quality and maintainability.
  7. Deploy applications in cloud environments, working closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
  8. Ensure backend security, reliability, and scalability, driving business growth through innovative technology solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js (Express, NestJS), with a strong understanding of API best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), as well as experience with ORM tools.
  • Knowledge of enterprise system architecture, including microservices and modular monoliths, with a strong grasp of asynchronous programming.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery), event-driven architectures, and DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Previous experience in ERP/CRM/PLM/enterprise workflows, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of delivering secure and scalable systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
