Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the growth of our brand over the next 24 months. This role involves building and scaling our brand across multiple channels while ensuring strong brand custodianship and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy to drive revenue and expand brand reach.
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnerships to enhance our business model.
  • Manage P&L responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Drive large institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios to increase brand visibility.
  • Expand gifting programs for corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations to boost sales.
  • Explore international markets through export partners and distributors to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches to create engaging content.
  • Develop and implement awareness strategies through wellness, sustainability, and impact narratives to drive customer engagement.
  • Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners to promote our brand values.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations to optimize business processes.
  • Establish clear SOPs and performance metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and grow the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture that promotes innovation and collaboration.
