We are seeking a skilled Newsletter Content Creator to craft and manage engaging newsletters that connect with our growing audience. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, gain valuable content marketing experience, and see your work directly impact brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, draft, and design engaging newsletter content tailored to hospitality and education audiences.
  • Collaborate with the team to align newsletter topics with ongoing campaigns and product updates.
  • Optimize content for readability, engagement, and click-throughs.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement) and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining subscriber lists and ensuring smooth email distribution.
Requirements:
  • Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Comfortable using newsletter/email marketing tools or willing to learn.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Undergraduate or Masters student in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
