Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rates.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team quality and productivity.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the site.
  • Utilize resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze and develop new strategies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term goals.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to drive skill and team performance improvement.

People Management:

  • Lead and develop a team of associates; responsible for direction, performance management, coordination, and evaluation.
  • Lead continuous improvement culture through lean projects; identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Mentor new managers and devise action plans to develop and groom team leads into future CS Managers.
  • Communicate policies to associates; become primary information source for staff.
  • Expected to be 2nd in line to Senior Operations Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA is desired.
  • 10+ years of relevant supervisory experience.
  • Advanced computer skills using various programs is desired.
  • Must be in a people management role.

Other Required Skills:

  • Ability to build, develop, direct, and manage a group of people.
  • Support business and provide solutions to customer pain points.
  • Organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
  • Make administrative and procedural decisions.
  • Manage reporting and analysis.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience and maintain composure in difficult situations.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data manipulation and analysis.
